Account and project information

Realmanac stores your verified email and display name. Stemma stores the family trees, portraits, invitations, and sharing settings you create with it. Collegium stores the chamber plans, seat totals, group names, and colors you save. Projects are private unless you publish them or grant another account access. Project members can read all records in a shared Stemma project, including fields hidden on a chart.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the application, database, and uploaded files. Resend delivers sign-in codes. If you buy Realmanac Pro, Stripe processes the payment and billing details. Realmanac stores billing identifiers and subscription status; it does not store your card number.

Cookies and retention

A necessary cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. A temporary cookie connects a sign-in code to the browser that requested it. Export preferences are stored in your browser. This version includes no advertising or third-party analytics. Expired sign-in records and short-lived abuse-prevention counters are removed during scheduled maintenance.

Your controls

You can export projects, delete projects, remove collaborators, withdraw publications, and sign out other devices. Deleted portrait files are queued for removal. Copies that someone has already downloaded cannot be recalled. Billing providers may retain transaction records under their own policies.
